My Music Staff Login

When you sign up for music lessons with Charlotte, a My Music Staff Login will be made for you so that you can view and edit your lesson bookings. You will be sent an email containing your login details.​​​

Lesson Cancellation Policy (Updated 16/09/2024):

- Lessons cancelled by the Student or Parent with at least a week’s notice will have no cancellation fee charge.
- Lessons cancelled by the Student or Parent with less than a week’s notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Lessons cancelled by the Student or Parent with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 100% late cancellation fee.

In the event of a late cancellation, I will do my best to help you reschedule the lesson and will take mitigating circumstances into consideration.
 

Booking Notice:

Please note that I only accept new bookings from students aged 18+. If you would like to book a lesson with me and are under 18 years of age, please ask a parent or guardian to book your lessons on your behalf. Many thanks!
